ARSENAL specializes in antiques and industrial fixtures spanning several centuries and styles, sourced from across Europe and America. Continuously curated, the South Windermere store features architectural objects, industrial relics, unusual artifacts, decorative oddities, taxidermy, prints, drawings, and more. Art Deco letters, Biedermeier tables, apothecary chests, gilt skulls, Turkish kilims, French school chairs, Argentinian daybeds, and Egyptian doors are just a few of the items ARSENAL has showcased in the past.

Colby and Sarah Broadwater opened ARSENAL in the South Windermere Shopping Center in 2013. Prior to opening the store, the couple lived in Stuttgart, Germany, where Colby was stationed with the U.S. Army Special Forces. The pair traveled frequently to France and Belgium, building their collection, until their plan to return to America fell into place in 2013. Sarah graduated from Hollins University in 2007. She worked for Garden & Gun magazine in Charleston and Susan Lapelle Interiors in Atlanta before moving to Europe with her husband. Colby graduated from Davidson College with a degree in Art History before his work took him overseas. He continues to serve in the National Guard Special Forces. The Broadwaters have one dog, an elegant vizsla named Edie.
